The A-Plus Employment Program aims to support organisations in understanding how to access talent and build confidence and capability in recognising and eliminating barriers that may hinder Autistic people from thriving in the workplace.

We recognise that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution and that each person requires to perform at their best within the workplace is different.

We focus on making workplaces inclusive for Autistic people.

This way, employees can get the support they need without having to share personal details about their identity.




The A-Plus Employment Program has been designed to drive the following outcomes: 

Equip Employers

Provide employers with the capability, confidence, knowledge, and tools necessary to create an inclusive work environment.

Cultivate Diversity and Inclusion

Foster a workplace culture of diversity, acceptance, and innovation.

Promote Awareness

Increase awareness and understanding of neurodiversity and what it means to be Autistic in the workplace.

Challenge Assumption

Challenge assumptions and misconceptions so organisations can identify and remove barriers to inclusion. Encourage leaders and People and Culture teams to move beyond a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to Autistic and Neurodivergent inclusion.

Facilitate Connections

Facilitate connections between Autistic people and A-Plus employers who have translated their intentions into meaningful actions
