Blue Knot Foundation Helpline and Redress Support Service — 1300 657 380 The Blue Knot Foundation Helpline and Redress Support Service supports adult survivors of childhood trauma and abuse. It also supports parents, partners, family and friends of adult survivors, and the professionals who work with them. They provide support by phone, email, or webchat. 

Blue Knot Foundation National Counselling and Referral Service (Disability) – 1800 421 468  
The Blue Knot Foundation National Counselling and Referral Service provides support to people affected by the Disability Royal Commission, as well as people with disability who have experienced or witnessed violence, abuse, neglect, or exploitation. They also support family members and those caring for a person with a disability. They provide support by phone, email, or webchat. 

13YARN – 13 92 76 

13YARN is a national crisis support line for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. It is run by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. They provide support by phone. 

QLife – 1800 184 527 

QLife provides anonymous LGBTI peer support and referral across Australia. They provide support by phone and by webchat. 

Parentline  

Parentline is a counselling service for parents, grandparents, and carers. They use a different phone number and run different operating hours in each state. The Parentline website for Queensland and the Northern Territory has a page that lists all the different Parentline numbers. 

Disability Gateway – 1800 643 787 

The Disability Gateway provides information and services to help people with disability, their family, friends, and carers, to find the support that they need in Australia. They provide support by phone and by email. 

1800RESPECT – 1800 737 732 

1800RESPECT is a national domestic, family, and sexual violence counselling, information, and support service. They provide support by phone and by webchat.
