The A-Plus Inclusion Program - Amaze

The A-Plus Inclusion Program

A structured capability pathway for embedding neuroinclusive practice

The A-Plus Program is Amaze Inclusion’s scalable professional development pathway designed to build the knowledge, confidence and systems capability required to embed neuroinclusive practice across your workforce.

It is suited to HR, DEI and People & Culture professionals, team leaders, managers and decision-makers seeking to embed structured workforce capability beyond standalone training and move toward consistent, system-wide practice.

Drawing on evidence, lived experience and Amaze’s longstanding sector leadership, A Plus supports organisations to translate commitment into measurable, sustainable change.

Built on the A-Plus Framework

The program is anchored in the A-Plus Framework, which strengthens organisational practice across three core principles:

  • Clarity
  • Transparency
  • Flexibility

These principles are applied across the full employee lifecycle: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development and progression.

The framework provides a practical structure for reviewing systems, identifying barriers and embedding consistent improvements.

Program Structure

A-Plus combines:

This blended approach supports both flexibility and depth. Workshops create space for contextual application and peer learning, while self-paced modules enable scalable capability building.

The A-Plus Program can be delivered:

  • As a facilitated organisational program
  • As licensed self-paced modules for internal rollout
  • As a component of broader leadership or workforce capability strategies

Licensing allows organisations to scale learning across teams, departments or whole workforces while maintaining consistency and quality.

As participants complete the program, de-identified, aggregated data provides insight into patterns across the organisation. This data does not identify individuals. Instead, it highlights areas where confidence, understanding or practice may be stronger or require further development.

This enables organisations to:

  • Identify common capability gaps across the employee lifecycle
  • Prioritise targeted action and support
  • Track shifts in capability over time
  • Strengthen accountability for implementation

For organisations seeking deeper insight, A-Plus data can be combined with lived experience consultation, targeted research or advisory support to inform structured improvement plans.
