Our Impact - Amaze

Our Impact

Amaze Inclusion supports measurable change across workplaces, service systems and public-facing environments.

Since launch, we have partnered with 45 organisations across public, private and community sectors, representing a combined workforce of approximately 193,000 employees nationally.

Impact is realised when insight translates into practical, sustained change in everyday practice.

Co-Design

Our co-designed solutions are tailored to your needs and informed by neurodivergent lived experience.

We do not deliver pre-packaged recommendations detached from context. We work alongside leadership and operational teams to ensure tools, guidance and capability-building are aligned to your environment, constraints and goals.

This helps teams prioritise changes aligned to governance and operational constraints, so time and resources translate into sustained progress.

Cross-Sector Impact

Amaze Inclusion works across workplaces, education, customer environments, community spaces and public systems.

This breadth allows us to translate insight across settings. What strengthens inclusion in a workplace may inform improvements in service delivery. What improves accessibility in a public venue may strengthen internal culture.

We bring structured, transferable insight that strengthens both internal practice and public-facing experience.

Engagement Framework

Our partnership model provides clear, achievable steps that guide organisations from insight to implementation.

Discover – We examine your current context, systems and stakeholder experience, including how employees, customers or community members experience your organisation.

What Impact Means

For Amaze Inclusion, impact is not defined by awareness sessions or short-term sentiment change.

Impact is realised when inclusive principles translate into practical adjustments across people, practice and systems. This may include:
