As an Autistic ADHDer, Alex brings both professional expertise and lived experience to advancing neuroinclusion in workplaces and education. She leads Amaze Inclusion, working with organisations to build neuroinclusive cultures that create real impact.
Her career spans three continents and over two decades across higher education, organisational learning and leadership development. Most recently, as Strategic Learning Advisor at Melbourne Business School, she led research into how organisations are adapting to the evolving needs of their people, placing her at the intersection of workforce transformation and inclusive practice.
Alex is known for translating complex organisational challenges into people-centred solutions, partnering with senior leaders to build genuinely thriving organisations. An active researcher in the field of neuroinclusion, she brings intellectual rigour to work she lives every day.
Dr Angela Neyland leads research and consultancy for government and organisational partners at Amaze, informing policy advocacy, training and community resources.
She brings a multidisciplinary background spanning the sciences, social sciences and psychology, with expertise in research design, qualitative and quantitative analysis, knowledge translation, and community engagement and co-design. Before joining Amaze, she held research and community roles across universities, local government and consultancy, including many years working alongside First Nations communities in remote areas.
Angela is passionate about producing rigorous, intersectional research that is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed, and is deeply committed to elevating community voices and strengthening inclusion.
Fiona oversees the development of evidence-informed content and resources for Amaze and its partners, ensuring that information is accessible, practical and grounded in current research and community knowledge. She brings over 20 years’ experience in the disability sector, including 15 years at Amaze across a variety of roles. Fiona holds a background in psychology a Master of Disability Studies.
At Amaze, she develops a range of inclusive resources, including social scripts (Stories™), sensory maps, autism-inclusion audits, and consultations on the neuro-accessibility of public information and community spaces. Fiona is deeply committed to creating inclusive public environments for the Autistic community.
Tom leads the strategic development of research and content at Amaze, creating positive change for Autistic people and their families at all life stages. He oversees project scoping, planning and implementation, budgets and resourcing, and key stakeholder relationships. Tom has extensive experience leading high-impact research and strategic initiatives across the health, education and social services sectors.
His approach emphasises stakeholder engagement, co-design and best-practice research methods. He has advised government bodies, led targeted research to strengthen community engagement, and developed programs that improve outcomes for marginalised communities. Tom is passionate about building strong relationships to drive meaningful change.
Fiona builds collaborative partnerships with organisations to integrate neuroinclusive practices that empower individuals and strengthen workplace cultures. Using a consultative approach, she meets workplaces where they are, delivering Amaze Inclusion solutions that create meaningful, sustainable change and expand access, inclusion, and opportunity.
She brings extensive experience across diversity and inclusion, learning and development, client engagement, facilitation, coaching, and communications, from both not-for-profit and corporate sectors throughout Europe and Australia.
With lived experience of neurodivergence, Fiona is deeply committed to equitable employment access, ensuring every individual feels supported to succeed and realise their unique potential.
Kay leads key program activities for Amaze Inclusion’s flagship A-Plus professional development program. She began her career in the corporate sector working in taxation and financial products, where she reviewed systemic barriers within organisational processes and policies impacting consumers experiencing family violence and financial hardship.
At Amaze Inclusion, Kay supports practitioners, managers, employees and learners throughout their neuroinclusion journey. She brings creativity, curiosity and a growth mindset to ensuring organisations achieve the highest quality, most impactful outcomes.
