A-Plus Open Program - Amaze

A-Plus Open Program

The A-Plus Open Program is a flexible, evidence-based training program designed to help Human Resource professionals, people leaders, People and Culture teams, and employees build their understanding of the Autistic experience at work.

Through a combination of self-paced learning and interactive workshops, participants gain practical strategies to create more neuroinclusive workplace environments.

The program runs throughout the year, with different sessions tailored to different audiences.

Who is the A-Plus Open Program for?

The A-Plus Open Program is ideal for:

  • Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion and People and Culture professionals
  • Team leaders and managers
  • Organisations wanting to build a shared foundation in neuroinclusion
  • Professionals exploring the A-Plus program as part of their own professional development.

Three people sit at a desk. There are books in front of them and a succulent. There is a smiling woman in a salmon-coloured tank top and cream cardigan, a smiling man in a blue shirt who is looking down at a notebook, and a woman with teal hair who has her back to the camera. They all appear to be collaborating on a project.
