Insight that connects community experience with system change
Amaze Inclusion supports organisations to understand how Autistic and neurodivergent people experience programs, services, learning environments and workforce systems.
We examine how people access information, navigate processes and environments, interact with services and participate in everyday settings. These insights are developed into practical recommendations and resources that strengthen clarity, communication and inclusive practice.
Our work is grounded in lived experience, evidence and co-design, ensuring findings are credible, relevant and directly applicable to operational contexts.
When This Is Most Useful
Research and resource development is particularly valuable when organisations need to:
Understand lived experience within a specific program, service or workforce
Inform policy or system-level reform
Develop guidance or tools for multiple audiences
Translate consultation findings into structured implementation steps
Our Approach
Amaze Inclusion’s research and resource development model is built on four principles:
Neurodivergent perspectives shape the framing of questions, interpretation of findings and testing of solutions.
We integrate qualitative insight, quantitative data and research evidence to build a well-rounded understanding.
Findings are translated into clear actions, tools and decision-support materials that can be implemented in real settings.
Insights are adapted for different audiences and levels of influence. Research may inform system-level recommendations for leadership or departments, while also shaping accessible resources for staff, educators, families, students or community members.
From Insight to Implementation
We co-design tools and resources that support participation and clarity across systems and communities.
Outputs may include:
Structured recommendations for departments, institutions or leadership teams
Policy and practice guidance aligned to sector requirements
Implementation guides to support staged improvement
Program guidelines, decision pathways or implementation tools
Redesigned templates, forms or process flows
Audience-specific resources, such as learner or visitor guides, visual supports, social scripts or accessible plain-language materials
Actionable Recommendations
All resources are shaped by inclusive design principles and neurodivergent perspectives.
