Amaze is pleased to announce it will deliver the Thriving Kids Autism Helpline, a new free national service providing information, advice, and support for parents, supporters, carers, and kin of children aged 0 to 8.
Available from 1 October 2026, the Helpline will support families from the first time they notice a developmental difference or delay, have questions about autism, or need help understanding available services and supports.
Amaze CEO David Tonge said the Helpline will give families somewhere to turn for trusted, reliable information and support.
“Our team is here to support the community we’ve had the privilege of working with for 60 years. The Thriving Kids Autism Helpline gives families of young children a dedicated place to ask questions, understand their options, and work out their next steps from the moment they first notice a difference in their child’s development.”
David Tonge, CEO, Amaze

While not all the details are available yet, the Thriving Kids Autism Helpline will provide up-to-date information and advice to help families understand the changes, navigate the support available, and work out their next steps as the program develops.
When you contact the Helpline, an advisor will take the time to understand what is happening for your child and family, answer your questions, and provide information and advice relevant to your situation.
