The A-Plus Inclusion Program is an 8-week professional development course. Co-designed and informed by Autistic lived experience to build practical, sustainable neuroinclusive practice in workplaces, it combines self-paced online learning with facilitated interactive workshops. For this intake, participants can choose between the Neuroinclusive Workplace Practices focus or the Leading Neuroinclusive Teams focus, depending on their role.
Neuroinclusive Workplace Practices focus | 30 March – 20 May 2026
This stream will focus on applying a neuroinclusive lens to workplace systems – including policies, procedures and processes – and how current practices may be unintentionally excluding or marginalising neurodivergent people.
Leading Neuroinclusive Teams focus | 30 March – 21 May 2026
This stream will focus on understanding how your leadership practices, workflow management and communication style can support all neurotypes in your teams in day-to-day interactions.
