Working at Amaze
Working in the not-for-profit field can be challenging but the rewards make it worthwhile. We work for the benefit of others, to improve the lives of those on the autism spectrum – it’s a very worthwhile goal. Whilst progress is being made, there is still a long way to go.
As part of Amaze’s principle that autistic people and their families are at the center of all we do, Amaze seeks to employ autistic people. All Amaze staff are required to support autistic employees by making adjustments (both in the way we work and the physical environment) to support that person’s needs.
