The InfoLine is the number to call for individuals, parents, families, professionals and the general public. It is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Our InfoLine Officers are here to answer your questions about Autism Spectrum Disorder and to help you find out who to go to for further assistance.

The Information Team is made up of people with a broad range of experience of ASDs. If they cannot immediately find an answer to your questions, they will find out and get back to you.

Sometimes the InfoLine is very busy: if you don’t get an answer straight away, leave a message and one of our officers will return your call.

Autism Spectrum Disorder Case Consultant Practitioner – East, North and West Metropolitan Region

The Autism Spectrum Disorder Case Consultant Practitioner program is an initiative funded by the Department of Human Services (DHS).  This program is available to disability support professionals working with the DHS or work for Community Service Organisations funded by Disability Services, DHS.

 

The AdviceLine is the number to call for EMR and NWMR Department of Human Services (DHS) disability staff and Community Service Organisations working with individuals with an ASD.

The CCP staff are able to answer a very broad range of questions about ASDs and will research answers to questions if they cannot answer them on the spot.

The AdviceLine is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and at times is very busy: please leave a message if your call is not answered straight away, and one of our CCP staff will get back to you.
