We have a portable ramp available for people who have mobility difficulties. If you are coming to visit us, please let us know if you need this.
Street car parking is available at the front of the building on meters (limit 1 hour during day time).

Not happy with our service?
Amaze appreciates that there may be times when our service is not exactly as you would wish it to be. We encourage you to let us know about the issue so that we can resolve it to your satisfaction, and at the same time, improve our service for the benefit of all clients.
We take complaints seriously: complaints are investigated, appropriate actions are determined and put in place and the process is documented. All client information is kept confidential.
To make a complaint, use the form at the top of this page and put ‘Complaint’ in the subject line, or contact Amaze on 03 9657 1600 and ask to speak to the manager of the relevant department.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of the complaint, you may raise the matter with the CEO. If it is still not resolved, the matter can be taken to the Board of Governance.
